02 Income & Employment (Last 12 Months)

As per Bank of Spain Scoring requirements. Must be translated if not in English/Spanish.

Last 2 Payslips (or 12 months if variable)

Must show YTD earnings and taxes withheld.

Last 2 Tax Returns (IRPF or Foreign Equivalent)

e.g., W-2 (USA), SA302 (UK), Avis d’imposition (France).

Employment Certificate / Contract

Stating role, start date, and gross annual salary.

03 Credit History & Assets

Crucial for non-resident risk assessment.

Foreign Credit Report *

e.g., Experian, Equifax, Schufa. Mandatory for non-residents.

Bank Statements (Last 3-6 Months)

Showing payroll deposits and current savings.

Proof of Funds for Down Payment & Expenses

To prove you cover the 30-40% not financed by the bank.
